Our commitments

Your data belongs to you: The bookings, customers, and content a business creates on PointMintz are theirs. Tenants can export their data at any time, and we never sell customer data or use it for advertising.
Reliability: PointMintz is engineered for uptime with health-checked deploys, continuous off-host backups, and monitoring. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance whenever it could affect service.
Privacy by default: We collect only the data needed to run bookings and payments, honor privacy and data-subject requests, and give tenants the controls to meet their own privacy obligations. Optional analytics run only where consent allows.
Breach notification: If a confirmed security incident affects a tenant’s data, we notify the affected business without undue delay so they can meet their own notification duties. Our security controls are documented on the Security page.
